Refunds (Within 3 Days)

We offer full refunds within 3 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • A valid receipt is required

Exchanges & Store Credit (Up to 14 Days)

After the 3-day refund period, we offer exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

  • No exceptions will be made


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, and damage

  • Have original tags attached and intact (if applicable)


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • All clearance, promotional, or discounted items

  • Jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Rowe Casa products

  • Food items

  • Perfumes

  • Candles and room sprays

  • Bandaids and stickers


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase or delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
